Divine Rest

This mixed media project was created using found objects. The base is a thrifted side table that I utilized as a diorama-like frame. The center eye is made up of thrifted golf tees and various beads. The tree is made of paper-mâché and the background is a thrifted puzzle painted with the beautiful gold paint. The figure resting under the paper-mâché tree is hand-sculpted with polymer clay. The bed of grass is miscellaneous fibers from my craft supply.
