General Policy
Due to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible for refunds. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

Physical Products (Originals, Prints, etc.)
We accept return and refund requests under the following conditions:

You must contact us within [7/14] days of receiving the item.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original method of payment.
Non-refundable situations include:

Buyer’s remorse

Damage caused after delivery

Returned items not in original condition
Digital Downloads
Due to the instant and irrevocable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds on digital products once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
Please review all product details before purchasing. If you have trouble accessing your file or believe you received the wrong item, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Commissions (Custom Artwork)
All commissioned work is non-refundable once work has begun. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to start the project. Full payment is due upon completion, before delivery.
Refunds may be considered only if:

No work has begun

You cancel within [48 hours] of deposit payment
Minor revisions are included in the commission agreement. If you are not satisfied with the result, we encourage open communication during the process to ensure your expectations are met.
Damaged or Lost Items
If your physical item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
