At Colleen Creates, we are committed to delivering your artwork in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before making a purchase to understand how we handle order processing, shipping costs, and delivery times.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within [2–5 business days]. During peak periods or custom commissions, processing times may take longer.

  • Business Days: Our business days are [Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays].

 

Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Shipping (within USA): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.

  • No International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer shipping outside of USA. We are working to expand our shipping options and will update this policy when international shipping becomes available.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We offer a variety of shipping methods to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping method chosen and the destination within USA:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically takes [5-10 business days] for domestic orders.

  • Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional cost, typically arriving in [2-4 business days].

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable) so you can follow your package’s journey. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it is lost in transit, please contact us within [5–7 days] of receiving the item or the expected delivery date. We will assist you by providing a replacement or issuing a refund, depending on the situation. You may be required to send us photos of the damaged item and packaging.

 

Service Interruptions or Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays can cause interruptions. These delays may extend your delivery time. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors outside of our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address details.
